Not amazing.

My problem was that I had budgeted when I had spent originally for the shipping and the item and then two days later I got an additional charge for $19 which brought my entire gift almost $80. IMy problem was that I had budgeted when I had spent originally for the shipping and the item and then two days later I got an additional charge for $19 which brought my entire gift almost $80. I really wasn’t happy but had no choice but to pay in order to have to deliver to my niece.

Hi Annmarie- We did have on the ground shipping option that it is not advisable to choose ground shipping when the weather is above 75 in your area. If we were to ship ground your order would have melted. You could have let us know you would have preferred to cancel the order. We would much rather you have cake pops that arrived safe with 2 day than melted. The summer heat is very tricky with chocolate and there isn't much we can do about the high heat. We also have that note on the confirmation email that is sent immediately after the order is placed. I totally understand it is quite more to pay for a 1 dozen order so we refunded the extra shipping price to get you back on budget. We bring back ground shipping in the fall :o) So sorry for the misunderstanding!
