We use a Gluten Free Flour Blend that consists of: Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Whole Grain Sweet White Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum.

Please note - we do process Gluten items at our bakery such as wheat flour. If you have a severe allergy to gluten we recommend a certified gluten free bakery. There are no gluten products in our recipe(see below for full list of ingredients).
You may order your cake pops in advance for a future delivery date. Just let us know in the special instructions box located after you place a product in your shopping cart what date you would like your pops fresh by. There is also an area for gift card text. Cake Pops are individually wrapped.

We ship all orders Monday-Friday. FedEx delivers packages Monday through Friday only. (Saturdays are an additional cost ).If shipping to a residence it is recommended that someone be home to receive the package.
